Many have been cut and/or retouched for printing purposes, and some have typed captions affixed to either the side or back using glue. The photographs are in generally fair condition. While the PPP Loans were distributed with the goal of helping small businesses during the COVID-19 crisis, many larger companies with significant resources have made headlines for participating in the program and making it more difficult for smaller businesses to obtain funds. The disclosure released information on the businesses that received the loans, the loan amount, and the number of jobs supported. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Treasury Department released data on their Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans.
